Trainee Member-At-Large

Haley Coronado, BS

(she/her/hers)

Haley Coronado is a rising third-year graduate student pursuing her studies in Clinical Psychology at Texas Tech University. Her focus lies in pediatric psychology, where she is engaged in both clinical practice and research. Specifically, she is interested in the interplay of biopsychosocial factors that influence health and health behaviors among ethnic minority youth. Haley’s interest in historically underserved and understudied pediatric populations is guided by her desire to improve the efficacy of culturally sensitive intervention methods aimed at promoting healthy development within this demographic. Haley is excited to continue to foster diversity within SPP through efforts to engage trainee and student involvement, leveraging  unique networking opportunities to address diversity-related issues. Haley aims to advance the discourse and practice of pediatric psychology with inclusivity at its core.
